Businesses operated for profit can adopt and improve the practices but cannot copy extensive content without an agreement with the Efficient Civics Guild. The Guild is only interested in making the project self-funding so rates are very reasonable.

Example content at all issues is related to bootstrapping of open hosts and their provisioning - towards an open configuration consortium. Not every project requires this depth of information, but those that do should retain and adapt this content. Those that don't can use it as an example solved problem.
