While everything should and must be fun, at least according to the play ethic, a few things are mostly or entirely or only fun, or some sad folks need indicators of what is fun, so they can be authorized to play.
Those who don't need indicators, are trolls. When all users are trolls there will be no need for such a tag as fun, since everything will be fun then. However, there are some sourpusses still in denial who will want to put the fun tag on things so they will know to ignore them. To them this may well be a subcategory of tag:ignore.
