The DailyKos FAQ is useful to understand blogging, if you care. Its rules are crude, stupid and reactive compared to open politics in force but they do have correct provisions regarding outing. Since a real human community (the Democratic Party of the US) is involved, its DKOS community norms are at least those of an actual group, not some invented mob of geeks with no values.
