Liness' Law is that no matter how diverse or divergent or mutually hateful the factions that are stuck in the same place with the same problem with each other, the old trolls will eventually align themselves against new troll point of view.

It is most easily stated as a joke:

A guy from Texas asks a guy from Toronto "how do you get along with blacks up there?"

The Toronto guy says "when I get on an elevator with a black guy, we don't have to look at each other, there's no discomfort, we just face the door."

The Texas guy sighs and says "man that's great - I wish it was like that here."

The Toronto guy says "yeah, it's the only way to scare the chinks and pakis off."
