Mutt

The mutt mail interface is for shell users. They presently don't have much other choice. Improvements to mutt that would help them immensely:

Documentation in mediawiki form (as used in this wiki) to make it easy to enhance/improve for a specific local implementation, mentioning only matters useful to that team. This would also facilitate sharing of local customizations and explanations to improve the overall open content documentation base. One of the purposes of this wiki.
Direct BlackBerry and HawHaw support (for other mobile devices). The whole world is moving *BACK* to text-based email. Why should they not use mutt?
Making it easy, not impossible, to find sent mail.
A better .muttrc editor and a default .muttrc that does almost everything right
