Technique/technology/doctrine
From eg
See all doctrines for a list and tech tree for more general technologies and techniques that surround, enable and motivate these. See doctrine:namespace for a more detailed explanation of how to determine exactly what's a technology versus a doctrine.
The synergetics of technique/technology/doctrine:
Either
- A technique is identified as being used persistently across a number of use cases and technology is defined to accelerate this, e.g. wiki best practice or a core living ontology pattern
- A technology is defined in such a way as to constrain techniques and enable doctrines, creating a de facto standard, e.g. adopt mediawiki format, OR
- A doctrine is imposed by authority that requires certain technology and techniques to implement, and rewards those who master them.
Whichever of these occurs, the many techniques supported by the technology, and the very few of these technique/technology combinations that are accelerated and socially supported by the whatever doctrines are defined into existence to support these, must all be documented in such a way as to clarify whether each is in the doctrine or not.
