• (1 h) everyone: flesh out and estimate all tasks
• (2 h) d4nny: using Debian cron-apt, configure it to email a role account, for example 'packagemaster@dataparc.com', notices when updates from 'http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates' to dom0 or to any virtual machine, are detected; (this task is now in testing on an external machine)
• (done) stfn: decide on the most appropriate scan frequency for the previous task. This will involve research into the behaviour patterns of security.debian.org; see User:Stfn/done
• (2 h) d4nny,vid: decide on a reasonable reboot policy, as security updates may, from time to time, require the core system to be rebooted;
• (2 h) d4nny: whoever is packagemaster, they must consider how to apply security updates to virtual machines as well as to the hypervisor, and amend the reboot policy to include considerations for requiring reboots of virtual machines;
• (1 h) mrdata: nag others to take up scrum process;
• (???) ???: set up Monitor host
• (6 h) gmcinnes: set up and play with lvm on experimental host
