Troll name

An obvious troll name, e.g. user:Deagol, is a more ethical user name than one that looks like a real person or persistent pseudonym, but isn't. This is a wiki best practice, see en: dowire: troll name.
Since trolls have bad repute by definition, no one can be reasonably accused of trying to build up a disposable abusable good reputation under such a name.
