An ultra-reflexive intranet treats all human command verbs the same as it treats those implying or requiring lesser commitment. Thus not just the wiki, but an entire institution, would let the users govern reflexively.

In such an intranet, everything in category:verb has command/control/legal and other meanings. The verb:namespace itself frames the company's mission, and its command grammar. Effectively, the organization is a machine that responds to those, and only to those, verbs.

For example, institutional buying criteria would be decided by use of verb:buy and verb:ban as defined by organization protocols exclusively managed in the reflexive intranet, therefore, the institution's relations to the outside world are governed that way. Even verb:hire, verb:fire, verb:sue would all be defined and carried out exactly and only according to the instructional capital in the wiki.

Every capital asset is thus disposed of according to the instructional capital alone, with no chance for intervention of personal judgement (individual capital) or popularity/influence (social capital).
